He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Patient (David); his son David Patient; his nieces and nephews, Krisy Mortenson, Jennifer McGlynn, Michael Schaffner, Jessica Payne and Bobby Ray Brolst; and his brother-in-law Bill Prodney.
