It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annetta Joyce Kelton of Independence, Missouri, born in Green Forest, Arkansas, who passed away on August 18, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Nicholas Rand and Gladys Stella Rand (Stephens); her husband Gilford "Eugene"; her siblings, James Rand and Lucy Rabey; and her half-siblings, Wilma Cantrell, Bonnie O'Neal and Lonnie Rand.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Bowen (Dennis) of Independence, MO and Danny Kelton (Helen) of Grain Valley, MO; her grandchildren, Michele Dawbarn (John) of Olathe, KS, Kristin Sands (Ryan) of Overland Park, KS and Derek Kelton (Megan) of Independence, MO; and her great grandchildren, Hazel Dawbarn, Jasper Dawbarn, Roman Sands and Isla Sands.
