He was predeceased by: his parents, William Paul and Lora Norman Hodge; his siblings, Mary Hodge, Paul and Donald Hodge; and his son Karl Hodge.

He is survived by: his daughters, Karen Hodge of Elephant Butte and Karma Joy Hodge Shepard of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Amber Morzos, Amanda King, Randy Shepard and Rachel McCall. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
