She was predeceased by: her son Kaiden Green. She is survived by: her parents, Gary Guy and Karla Guy of Weston, MO; her fiancé Brandon Green of Kansas City, MO; her children, Kinsleigh and Maverick; her siblings, Kaylin Robb of Platte City, MO and Dustin Guy (Autumn Atchison) of Weston, MO; and her grandparents, Roger and Carol Glass of Weston, MO. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations for Alyssa's children's future.
