He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Maginness and Tressa Maginness (Cox); and his wife Betty Maginness. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Maginness (Christine) of Bella Vista, AR and Stephen Maginness (Donna) of Independence, MO. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; very special extended family and friends.
