He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Elliott and Eugenie Elliott; his brother James Elliott; and his brothers-in-law, Lawrence Roark and George Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah Elliott; his children, Monica Elliott-Shoemate, Elizabeth Elliott, Michael, Donald and KaLyn; his grandchildren, Kayli, Aden, Keith and Michael; his great grandchildren, Allayna and Aleczander; and his sisters, Verna Daniel (Don), Phyllis Elliott, Donna Roark and Martha Lawson.
