He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Cowin and Wanda Cowin; and his brother Larry Cowin (Anna Cowin). He is survived by: his siblings, Randy Cowin and Debbie Price (Cowin); his children, Mike Cowin, Tina Mereko (Cowin) and Lisa Carroll (Cowin); and his grandchildren, Luke Storey, Brandon Gilton, Hillary Carroll, Timothy, Alyssa, Sammie Cowin, DeMario and Juanita Williams. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be given to any one of number of wonderful veteran's charities.
