She was predeceased by: her parents, Valentine White and Daniel White; her daughter Donna Tharp; and her grandson Michael Shepherd. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Maddox; her son Jerry; her daughter-in-law Annette Maddox; her daughter Sherry; her sons-in-law, Chris Weisel and Tim Tharp; her grandchildren, Kim, Mike Green, JD, Brittany Maddox, Jeffrey, Cassie Dattoli, Makensie Shepherd and Bradley Weisel; and her great grandchild Cameron Dattoli.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Kay's Honor may be made to the American Cancer Society.
