He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sanders, and Elizabeth Sanders, Sr. (Elder); and his sister Lois Oneda Schenewerk. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Hill; his children, Jeff Sanders and Stacey Thier (Chad) of Dubuque, IA.; his great grandchild Kash Smreker; and his sisters, Betty Robertson (Don) and Evelyn McCallister (Larry). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
