He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. McLard and Nellie M. McLard; and his siblings, Velma Craiglow and Fred McLard. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. McLard; his children, Jack D. McLard Jr., Jean E. Driver (Gary), Karen D. Bucklew (Jim) and Joyce L. Evans (Timonthy); his grandchildren, John See, Michael See, Shawn McLard, Ashlyn McCarthy (James), Jamie L. Holloway (Ethan), Kara D. Bucklew, Jaclyn Y. McLard and Derrick W. Wallace-McLard; his great grandchildren, Kaelea See, Ericka See, Emmett Holloway, Tessalyn Holloway and Rowan Bucklew-Gammons; and his siblings, Alma Smith, Cecil McLard (Betty), Lillie Bagley and Shirley Johnson (C. J.).
