He was predeceased by: his parents, David Cecil and Lula Brooks; his son Fred Lewis Jr.; and his sister Geneva Estes. He is survived by: his spouse Luana Larson Brooks; his daughters, Vicky Williams (Don) of Festus, MO., Donna Timpe (Dave) of Overland Park, KS. and Tanya Banderman (John) of Festus, MO.; his grandchildren, Steven Johnson, Jessica Mosley, David Williams, Whitney Williams, Alex Timpe, Sara Banderman and Chris Banderman; his great grandchildren, Taylor, Devin, Owen, Carson, Everly and River; his great great grandchild Colton; and his siblings, Melba Strawn, Sue Watkins, Betty Fedke, Bud Brooks and Don Brooks. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
