It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna L. Barner of Imperial, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on August 21, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Cawood and Arlene Cawood; her husband Mitch Barner; and her fiancé Larry Hamlett. She is survived by: her aunts and uncles, Jane Shields, Carol Crites, Nancy Nickolotsky, Gordon Lorenz and Jerry Lorenz; and her cousins, Linda Hamilton, Barb Kaiser, Kevin Lorenz, Laura Rothman, Scott Lorenz, Valerie Woods, Aaron Nickolotsky and Renee Ruhl. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chapel Hill Mortuary (6300 State Rte 30, Cedar Hill, MO 63016, USA). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be made on behalf of Donna to Open Door Animal Sanctuary in House Springs, Missouri.
