He was predeceased by: his parents, Lily Kifer (Bates) and Freeman Kifer; his brothers, Billy, Donny and Jackie Kifer; and his siblings-in-law, Joe Helms, Ken Barker and Darlene Kifer.
He is survived by: his wife Henrietta Kifer (Jones); his daughter Becky Kifer of Burbank, CA; his sister Shirley Oliver; his siblings-in-law, Al Oliver, Roberta Helms, Sandra and Gloria Kifer; and his nieces and nephews, Angie English, Bobbie Ann Zaleski, Diane Brunkhorst, Susan Black, Annette Kifer, Kenny and David.
