She was predeceased by: her parents, Casper Mintner and Anna Inez Mintner; her husband Bobby G. Wagster; and her partner Carrol J. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Deborah D. Wagster-Tubbs, Bobby J. Wagster, Gary W. Wagster, Linda S. Wagster-Ward and Cheryl L. Wagster-Rotter; and her siblings, Earl Mintner, William Mintner and Joyce Earls.
