She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Plemmons and Virginia Plemmons (McClasky); her son John Kelsay; her son-in-law Danny McNeal; her grandson Timothy McNeal; and her siblings, Bettie Hagburg, Kent Reed and George Plemmons.
She is survived by: her husband John Kelsay; her children, Belinda McNeal of Tuscumbia, Rickey Kelsay (Theresa) of Iberia and Bill Kelsay (Joni) of Iberia; her grandchildren, Angela McNeal, Karin Bouldin, Mandy Dittmer, Emmy Tabor, Jared Kelsay, Mike Kelsay, Matt Kelsay and John Kelsay; her sister Mary Hoskins; and her siblings-in-law, Joyce Jarrett, Arlene Kelsay and Dave Hagburg. She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to Gideon Bibles.
