He was predeceased by: his mother Sydney Perkins; and his sister Jessica Whittle. He is survived by: his wife Shyla Perkins; his children, Adeline "Addie" Perkins, Augustus "Gus" Perkins and Claira Perkins; his father Herbert Perkins (Elaine); his sister Jennifer Pemberton (Daniel); his parents-in-law, Rodney and Sandy Perry; his brothers-in-law, Tyler Perry (Kyla) and Shawn Whittle; his aunt Joyce Burd (Don); and his pet Belle. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
