He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Malmberg and Imogene Malmberg (Pemberton). He is survived by: his wife Judy Woolery; his daughters, Jeanne Spencer of Saint Charles, MO, Jackie Campbell-Yan (Huan) of Kansas City, MO and Jamie Breen (Kevin) of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Eliot, Madeline, Lilli Spencer, Adam Campbell, Trent and Caleb Breen; his sons, Jason Spencer and Aaron Campbell; his siblings, Wanda Barron of Charleston, SC, Pam Walters (John) of Prescott, KS and Rusty Malmberg of Norman, OK; and his uncle Donnie Malmberg (Cindy) of Kansas City, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
