He is survived by: his parents, Marcus Gaines and Corlis Colleen Gaines (Luttrell); his wife Lora; his grandparents, Patsy Sien of Iberia and Bruce Gaines; and his aunts and uncles, Johnny Luttrell (Rose), Nicky Luttrell, Twyla Warman (Kirk), Gordon Gaines (Beverly), David Gaines, Walter Gaines (Shirley) and Almalee Dittman (Paul). He is also survived by several relatives and friends.
