She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther William Duncan and Jessie Venice Duncan (Cochran); her son Michael Nelson; and her siblings, Cordell Duncan, Betty Gilliam and Rosalee Long.
She is survived by: her son Donald Nelson (Ruthie) of Iberia; her grandchildren, Scott Nelson (Burgandy) of Crocker, Kaitlyn Piggott (Darin) of Iberia and Kelli Hagenhoff (Brad) of Meta; and her great grandchildren, Christopher Nelson, Ryan Nelson, Huxley Piggott, Abram Piggott and Darby Hagenhoff. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Christmas Fund at Miller County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Tuscumbia.
