He is survived by: his mother Mary Eatherton (Meine); his wife Rose Eatherton; his children, Faith Eatherton, Macella Miller (Alex) and David Faulkner; his grandchildren, Joah Miller, Elias Miller, Delilah Faulkner and Tysen Wyrick; and his siblings, Phillip Eatherton, Anita Shaw, Chrissy Lesniewski and Charlie Eatherton. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, family, and friends.
