She is survived by: her former husband Donald Bryan Perkins; her sons, Herb Perkins (Elaine) of Iberia and Dean Perkins of Laquey; her grandchildren, Tim Perkins (Shyla) of Iberia, Jennifer Pemberton (Daniel) of Iberia and Tracy Perkins; her grandson-in-law Shawn Whittle; and her great grandchildren, Klayton Whittle, Elliot Whittle, Adeline Perkins, Gus Perkins, Claira Perkins, Chesni Pemberton, Drace Pemberton, Cody Fry, Caleb Slone, Craig Koehn, Audrie Gann and Alexis Gann.
