He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Cochran and Eula Fern Cochran (Moneymaker). He is survived by: his wife Betty Cochran; his grandchildren, Amber Russell and Jason Russell (Josie); his nieces and nephews, Sue, Lawrence Lee, Doris, Steve Webster, Glenda and Gary Lee; his daughter Kemberley Meyer; his siblings, Reba Sanning, Farris, Estel Cochran and Shirley Cochran; and his grandson John David Russell. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family, and dear friends.
