She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Witt and Essie Witt (Luttrell); and her siblings, Eula Robinson, Norman Witt, Dorothy Fish, Bonnie McDowell, Marvin Witt, Willard Witt, Icle Hamilton, Gary Linn Witt, Alfred Witt and Linda Phillips.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Starnes (Paula) of New Bloomfield and Kenneth Starnes of Kansas City, KS. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
