He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dake Jr. and Marilyn Sue Humphrey; his stepfather Ray Thomas; and his brother Douglas Joe Dake (Bill Freegard). He is survived by: his children, Holley Dake, Garrett Fancher (LeAnn) and Emily Fancher; his grandchildren, Nole Wise, Shaelynne Wilson, Larrissa Wilson and Justice Wilson; his great grandchild Jaylin Brewer; his sister Tina Rae Thomas (Hadley); the mothers of children, Sharon Dake and Kathy Fancher; his uncle Ronnie; his aunt Marilyn Humphrey; his cousins, Rhonda Patterson, Scott Humphrey and Amber Blankenship; his close friends, Bill Wedel and Dave Clymore; and also Taco Dake. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
