She is survived by: her husband Jack Mullinax; her grandchildren, Kevin Mullinax of Nevada and Macknzie Mullinax of Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Kora Jean Mullinax of Nevada and Collin Mullinax of Nevada; and her sister Flora Casale of New Jersey.
