He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Pemberton and Lois Dean Pemberton (Bond); his former wife Kathy Diane St. Clair; his son Eric Pemberton; his brother Darrell "Jimmy" Pemberton (Mary); and his daughter-in-law Angie Pemberton.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky Morrow; his children, Earl Pemberton (Trish), Edward Pemberton (Crystle) and Liz Thompson (Davie); his close friend Paulette Duncan; his stepdaughter Mandy McKinnon (Cliff); and his sister Judy Layman (Jim). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; one step-great grandchild.
