She was predeceased by: her parents, Conard "Cap" Smith and Tressie Smith (Gale); and her husband Bill Prather. She is survived by: her children, Claudia Herd (Paul) and Leonard "Linn" Wilson; her stepdaughters, Donna Underwood (Mike) and Carrie Fritchey (Larry); and her grandchildren, Shelbe Simone (Lucas), Blake Herd, Lilith Wilson, Damien Plemmons (Jessica), Madison Plemmons (Chelsea), Victoria Hagerman (Devin), Mallory Baker (Dylan) and Drew Underwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Miller County Historical Society.
