In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Charles had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Charles may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Johnson and Pearl Johnson (Davidson); and his brothers, Don Johnson and Lowell Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sue Johnson; his daughter Kristle Anderson (Jeremy); his granddaughter Avalyn Anderson; and his sister Minnie Branson (Bill). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fancher-Rekus Funeral Home (2247 MO-17, Iberia, MO 65486). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
