It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine Marlene Ponder of Iberia, Missouri, who passed away on July 23, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel "Sammy" Burks and Iris Burks (Livingston); her granddaughter Madeline Ponder Endicott; her children-in-law, Fran Ponder and Ron Patterson; and her brothers-in-law, Dorsey Levell and Perry Robert Ponder.
She is survived by: her husband Louie Ponder; her sister Carolyn Levell; and her sister-in-law Marilyn Ponder. She is also survived by one great-grandchild; 16 step great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
It was Catherine's wish that memorial contributions be made in memory of her granddaughter to The Madeline Ponder Endicott Pediatric Cancer Research Endowment Fund at St. Louis Children's Hospital.
