He is survived by: his wife Janet Rives; his children, LeAnna (David Judd) of Middletown, VA, Lorie (Rob Harris) of Bolivar, MO and Lisa (Ken Diehl) of Omaha, NE; his grandchildren, Calvin James, Bradley Sumpter, Kellie, Aaron Larson, Steven, Jordan Harris, Caleb, Jamie Harris, Shelby, Mike Knockenhauer, Adam and Mackenzie Diehl; his stepgrandchildren, Brad Judd, Jacqueline and David Flack; his great grandchildren, Eden, Darby Harris, Jack, Chloe Larson and Moxie Knockenhauer; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Mychala Riley, Keagan, Braden Judd, Olivia, Alex, Isaac, Evan Flack, Michael and Jack Knockenhauer; his siblings, Lorene (Roy Sprenkle), Doyle (Judy Miller), Keith (Kathy Miller), Sharon (Henry Stout) and Larry Miller; and his sister-in-law Joan Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
