He was predeceased by: his father Leo Connelly; his children, Leo Connelly and Agnes Connelly; and his siblings, Diane Trosthelm, Joe Connelly, Patrick Connelly, John Connelly and Kevin Connelly.
He is survived by: his mother Darlene Connelly (Smith) of Afton, Iowa.; his wife Elizabeth Connelly of Hurley; his children, Brian Howard (Mollie Howard) of Sparta, Christopher Howard (Brandi Howard) of Galena, Roseanne Johnson of Kirbyville and Kaylee Baxter of Galena; and his siblings, Cheri Aeschliman, Janet Connelly, Amy Wehrli, Beth Hewitt, Patricia Cortez, Dan Connelly and James Connelly. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, multiple cousins, several nieces and nephews.
