With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kris Andrew McCarty of Hurdland, Missouri, born in Macomb, Illinois, who passed away on June 28, 2024 at the age of 47. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Kathy Webster; his adoptive mother Marilyn Dressler; and his grandparents, Ivan and Eva McCarty. He is survived by: his wife Kerra Leann Withrow of Hurdland, MO; his children, Tiffany Womack of Adams, IL, Nicholas McCarty of Hurdland, MO, Serena Poor (Jaron) of Novelty, MO, Alana McCarty of Hurdland, MO and Joseph McCarty of Hurdland, MO; his granddaughter Emma Poor of Novelty, MO; his stepfather Arne Dressler of Fresno, CA; and his sister Beth Cress of Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the Hurdland Volunteer Fire Department.
