He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleta Moyer (Powell) and Joe Moyer; his former wife Nancy Louise Moyer (Hall); and his son Joe Anthony Moyer. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie (Henderson) of Kirksville, MO; his daughter Lynnette; his son-in-law Vince McGuire of Elsberry, MO.; and his grandchildren, Aaron McGuire (Angela) of Lakewood, CO and Caitlyn McGuire of Elsberry, MO.
