He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Franklin and Clara Mairiam Willis (Basham); his siblings, Charles "Bud" Willis, Edward Willis, Earl Willis, Melvin Willis, Earnest Willis, Johnny Willis, Elsie Cool and Tillie Jane Crader; and his son-in-law Delbert Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Frances Clark; his children, Terry Willis (Debbie) of Huntsville, MO, Cathy Ann Herzog (Alan) of Keokuk, IA, Elaine Bowen (Bill) of Huntsville, MO and Billie M Flynn of Huntsville, MO; and his siblings, Frank Willis of Little Rock, WA and Mary Perine of Shelton, WA. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild, several nieces and nephews.
