It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Ellen Oliver (Huntsville, Missouri), who passed away on October 29, 2018, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clark Bassett and Lillian Bassett (Geer); her spouse Willard C. Oliver; her granddaughters, Jean Oliver and Jeanette Oliver; and her siblings, Charles Bassett, Thelma Battersby and Dorothy Schirr.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Oliver (Judith) of Huntsville, MO and Jill Pilkington (James) of Huntsville, MO; her grandchildren, Debra Dolan (Matt) of Fort Worth, TX, Robert Oliver (Angela) of Old Monroe, MO, Wendy Pilkington of Huntsville, MO and Barry Pilkington (Kimber) of Madison, MO; her brother Robert Bassett of Jensen Beach, FL; and her brother-in-law Harold Oliver of Huntsville.
