He is survived by: his wife Betty Bernice McAdams; his children, Dorothy Crutchfield (Dennis) of Clifton Hill, Melanie Crutchfield (Rusty) of Huntsville, Richelle McCawley (Mike) of Huntsville and Curtis W. Mayo of Huntsville; his grandchildren, Richard Crutchfield (Karen) of Jefferson City, Travis Crutchfield (Amanda) of Holts Summit, Chantry Crutchfield of Clifton Hill, Josh Crutchfield (Katie) of Clifton Hill, Tabitha Arnett (Kurtis) of Paris, Shelby Brown (Clint) of Huntsville, Justus McCawley (Kayla) of Huntsville and Ally Mayo of Fulton; and his brother Bob Mayo (Melba) of Livingston, TX. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren.
