He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Welch and Esther Welch (Rekate); his son Jesse Bish; and his siblings, Elmer Welch, Delmer Welch, John R. Welch, Lee Roy Welch and Rita Welch McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Warren; his children, Kara Welch, Kyle Welch (Christina Calicott) and Sara Welch; and his grandchildren, Tyler Bish, Christian Calicott, Christiyana Calicott, Luke Couch, Hunter Couch and Mason Couch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
