It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lester Lloyd McConnell of Huntsville, Missouri, born in Belleville, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester P. McConnell and Geraldine McConnell (Bunyard); his wife Kellie McConnell; his daughter Melissa Dawn; and his siblings, Bill McConnell, Larry Baudino, Jimmy McConnell, Janet Drew, Myra Mauser, Yvonne Eichelmann and Mary Helmich.
He is survived by: his children, Lester "Pete" McConnell, Leslie Wales (John) of Huntsville, MO and Cindy Long (Brian) of Cameron, MO; his siblings, Jerry McConnell (Jacie) of Chapel, NE and Patricia Cloyd (Tommy) of Salisbury, MO; and his grandchildren, Aurora Ford (Nate), Alex McConnell, Matthew McConnell, Kyra Wales, Lacey Wales, Alyssa Wales, Katelyn Brame, Kristyn Long and Bryce Long. He is also survived by three great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
