He is survived by: his wife Sallie Snell; his children, Randy Halley (Janet) of Springfield, MO, Rob Halley (Andie) of Billings, MO, Lori Fulk (Joe) of Memphis, MO and Linda Rooks (Ron) of Fort Meyers, FL; his siblings, Robert Halley (Velma) of Moberly, MO and Barbara Henderson (Ray) of Huntsville, MO; and his grandchildren, Sara McGuire (Johnathon), Leah Ghobrial (Mike), Jeremey Price, Stacy Price, Julienne Miles, Andy Miles, Michael Fulk, Jordan Fulk (Deanna), Elizabeth Hocker (Kyle), Matthew Hocker, Kathleen Halley (Jeff) and Elsie Halley. He is also survived by great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
