He was predeceased by: his parents, David Holt and Betty Holt (Carnagey); and his children, Jennifer Holt and David Matthew Holt. He is survived by: his children, Max Holt (Brendalynn) of Winterpark, FL and Chasitity Xavier; his grandchildren, David Holt, Bravon Holt, Annabella Holt, Jaceson Jimison, Alyssa, Seairra, Madison, Devin, Cassidy, Wyatt and Gretta; and his siblings, Shasta Carver (Butch), Wilburn Holt (Mary), Carolyn Chapman (Ronald), Barbara Riley (Randy) and Ronald Holt. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
