She was predeceased by: her parents, Forrest Jacoby and Hattie Jacoby (Craig); her brother Evertte Jacoby; and her niece Diane Schoerner. She is survived by: her children, Neta Crutchfield (Jerry) of Huntsville, MO and Robert Welch of Wylie, TX; her granddaughter Kimberly Watson; and her cousin Willie Jacoby. She is also survived by four great grandchildren, two great foster grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to the Huntsville United Methodist Church or the Loch Haven Nursing Home.
