He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Franklin and Dixie Lou Stark Franklin; and his stepdaughter Leslie Lillard. He is survived by: his sons, Tony Franklin of Palmyra Missouri and Dennis Beaver of Hunnewell, MO.; and his sisters, Judy Utterback (Mark) and Leissa Meyers (Terry) of Green Castle, Missouri.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
