She is survived by: her parents, Leon Wells and Vera Hart Lesher; her husband Larry Chatfield; her children, Nicky Boente (Justin) of Carlinville, IL, Devenie Beckham (Matt) of Great Bend, Ashley Anthony (Tim) of White Hall, IL, Deanna Spann, Jamie Patterson of Pittsfield, IL, J. J. Chatfield (Hailey) of Philadelphia, MO and Cody Spann of Pittsfield, IL; her siblings, Rick Wells, Billy Lesher and Heather Nowlin; and her grandchildren, Kayla, Bobby, Eryn Seal, Haley Summers, Cooper Boente, Issabella Howland, Kali, Kena Beckham, Ethan Turpin, Olivia Landon, Kelci Anthony, Lyla Spann, Karlie Shelby, J. J. Patterson, Jayden and Hadlee Chatfield.
