He is survived by: his parents, Robert Dean Chatfield and Gloria Sharp Hamilton; his children, Nicky Boente (Justin) of Carlinville, IL, Devenie Beckham (Matt), Ashley Anthony (Tim) of White Hall, IL, Deanna Spann, Jamie Patterson of Pittsfield, IL, J. J. Chatfield (Hailey) of Philadelphia, MO and Cody Spann of Pittsfield, IL; his siblings, Russell Chatfield, Steve Chatfield (Heidi), Mike Chatfield (Yvonne), Sue Frazier (Ed) and Angela Chatfield; and his grandchildren, Kayla, Bobby, Eryn Seal, Haley Summers, Cooper Boente, Issabella Howland, Kali, Kena Beckham, Ethan Turpin, Olivia Landon, Kelci Anthony, Lyla Spann, Karlie Shelby, J. J. Patterson, Jaden and Hadlee Chatfield.
