He is survived by: his wife Donna Castleberry of Hunnewell, MO; his children, Charles Petrice of Pensacola, FL, Mike Petrice of Greenville, SC, Sharon Nelson of Sorrento, FL, Sami Johnston of Hunnewell, MO and Jamie Bauroth of Palm Coast, FL.; his father Franklin Castleberry Sr.; his siblings, Darla Miller of Eustis, FL, Ona Franklin of Hunnewell, MO and Houston Castleberry (David Alan) of Hunnewell, MO; and his grandchildren, Brinton, FranChessa Nelson, Noah, Nathan, Joseph Petrice and Raylynn Johnston.
