He is survived by: his children, Jeff Blackford of Hunnewell, MO, Debra Dowell of Monroe City, MO and Tim Blackford of Hunnewell, MO; his grandchildren, Blair Joiner, Brittany Blackford, Bailey Dowell, Remington Moore, Candace Blackford and Thomas Blackford; and his siblings, Doris Dodd, Faye Chitwood, Ann Chilcoat, Rita Wilkerson, Alan Blackford, Lester Blackford and Jimmy Blackford.
