He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chapman and Verla Chapman (Olenhouse); and his sister Helen Hoselton. He is survived by: his wife Mary VanDyke; his daughters, Tena Clem (Mike) of Meadville, MO and Gena Callihan (David) of Humphreys, MO; his grandchildren, Andy Clem (Jennifer) of Meadville, Beth Stevens of Smithville, MO, Alisha Clem of Marshall, MO and Brian Callihan of Trenton; and his great grandchildren, Konner, Kamdon, Kinley Clem, Mallorie and Melea Stevens.
Memorial donations are suggested to the Botts Cemetery and may be left with or mailed to Slater Neal Funeral Home.
