He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph F. Huggins and Pauletta Ingalls Huggins; his siblings, Freddie Huggins and Josie Huggins; and his son Little Willard Huggins.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Huggins of Hume, Missouri; his children, Jayne Massey of Lebanon, Connie Greene of St. Louis, Missouri, Robert Huggins of Hume and Lloyd Huggins (Rachael) of Drexel, Missouri; his sisters, Judy Simons of Salem and Margie Huggins of Salem; his daughter-in-law Danielle Huggins; and his great grandchildren, Blakely and Dericka Davis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
