He was predeceased by: his parents, Eber Ervin and Louise Henrietta Moellendorf Parker; his daughter Kimberly Parker; and his siblings, Kenneth, Lamar, Gordon, Logan, Marjorie Stevens, Rosie Ellison and Lana Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Gay Parker of Hume, Missouri; his son Donnie Parker of Olathe, Kansas; his siblings, Doug Parker of Nevada, Missouri and Donna Malippa (Ron Washam) of Mt. Vernon, Missouri; and his granddaughters, Maggie Parker of Olathe, Kansas and Molly Parker of Olathe, Kansas. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
