She is survived by: her former spouse Herold E. Hughes; her daughter Donna Ballinger (Loren); and her grandchildren, Brandon Rummel, Cassie and Jamie Ballinger. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, and a host of friends.
